FISH
FRYS
During lent, the SCMC hosts fish frys on two to three Fridays. The fish frys offer different options such as fried fish, fried shrimp, seafood pasta, beverages and desserts.
PARISH
PICNIC
Each Spring, the SCMC hosts a Parish Picnic at Lafreniere Park. The picnic is a free event open to all of St. Christopher Parish and features games, a bounce house, food, drinks and lots of family fun.
MONTHLY
MEETINGS
Our monthly meetings are held of the fourth Monday of each month. Our meetings feature discussions of new and old business, guest speakers, a full meal, beverages and lots of camaraderie
SWIM
PARTY
Each summer, the SCMC hosts an end of summer swim party for all of our members and their families. The Men's Club provides food and drinks for this event.
COOK
OFFS
Each year, the SCMC participates in other parish mens club cook off events. These are a great way to support our fellow parishes and have a great time doing so.
WORK
DAYS
Several times a year, the SCMC hosts work days to assist in maintaining the church and school campuses.
SOFTBALL
TOURNAMENT
Each fall, the SCMC participates in the New Orleans Catholic Men's Club Associations annual softball tournament at LaSalle Park.
RED DRESS
RUN
Each year, the SCMC takes part in the Red Dress Run in the French Quarter. This is a fundraising event for the SCMC. Our volunteers perform tasks ranging from working the main beer both to working the main entrance.
