FALL FEST
DATE TO BE DETERMINED
A GUARANTEED GOOD TIME!!
2022 Entertainment
Dear Parents and Parishioners:
On October 10th, the St. Christopher’s Men’s Club will produce and host the annual St. Christopher Fall Fest. For those of you who are not familiar with the event, it is a pay-one-price event that includes live music, food, beer, soft-drinks, and multiple activities for children of all ages. The entire event is contained to the school grounds and gym. This is a great, safe, family-friendly event.
After the 2018 Fall Fest, we conducted a survey in which 200 families participated in. We took this information and have continued reinventing Fall Fest for 2020. We are very excited to unveil the significant changes we have planned for this year, and we know you will enjoy it.
St. Christopher does not have a traditional parish fair. For over 20 years, the St. Christopher’s Men’s Club has produced the Fall Fest with assistance from the school and many other parish organizations. By all accounts, the Fall Fest has always been a huge success. The Fall Fest is the biggest fundraiser of the year, both in scale of production and money raised. It is also the largest gathering of the parish, and school families, where everyone in our parish can renew acquaintances and share in the fellowship of our Christian and Catholic Community.
This year, the Fall Fest will be the great event we have always known it to be, with live music by the BENCHWARMERS, great food and drink, and many activities to entertain the children. This year, Fall Fest will be bigger and better than ever, with new attractions for the children and a large T.V. for all fans to watch the L.S.U. and/or other college football games.
The success of Fall Fest depends upon the cooperation of all parents and parishioners, and SCMC respectfully requests your help. There are several opportunities for all parents and parishioners to volunteer and participate in the production of this year’s Fall Fest. The Men’s Club could use your help. To volunteer, contact the Men's Club at mensclubscs@gmail.com.
Because this is a family event, we hope to see many families there. For the safety of all children, no tickets will be sold to children without the purchase of an adult ticket. In addition, no child can be admitted without being accompanied by an adult. Also, for the safety of all attendees, no footballs, frisbees, etc. will be allowed at Fall Fest. Any balls or other items being thrown by children will be confiscated.
Please come and participate for the betterment of your parish and school. Help us Serve God and Community.
God Bless,
St. Christopher Men’s Club
